Capture Web Table

Extract tables from any website to Excel & CSV

Capture HTML tables, DIV lists, merged cells, and multi-page web data in one click. Private, local, built for real websites — not PDF converters or Python scripts.

Built for web tables

Everything maps to what the extension actually does — from popup capture to Workshop and Picker.

Practice on live demo pages

Install the extension, open a scene, then click the toolbar icon — these are normal web pages the content script can scan.

Classic tables

Real HTML <table> elements the popup can list instantly.

Open the extension popup → click Copy / Excel / Edit.

Open scene

Merged cells

Tables with rowspan and colspan.

Capture and check that merged cells expand correctly.

Open scene

DIV layout (no table)

Looks like a table but uses DIV/flex — popup stays empty.

Use Workshop (Alt+Shift+E), click the list, then Copy or Edit Data.

Open scene

Paged table

A table with a Next page control.

Workshop → select the table → Page+ to merge pages.

Open scene

Dynamic rows

Rows append over time (infinite-scroll style).

FAQ

Is Capture Web Table a browser extension?

Yes. Capture Web Table is a Chrome / Edge extension that extracts HTML tables and repeating DIV lists from websites into Excel, CSV, Markdown, and more — all locally in your browser.

Does free plan limit rows?

Free includes clipboard copy with a 250-row soft limit. Paid unlocks unlimited rows plus Excel/CSV/Markdown/Image exports, PDF extract, and paged/dynamic capture.

Can it extract tables that are not HTML <table> tags?

Yes. Use Workshop (Alt+Shift+E) to box-select DIV/flex/grid lists that look like tables but are not real <table> elements.

Is my data uploaded to a server?

Table extraction and export run locally in your browser. Captured page data is not sent to our servers for processing.

How is this different from copy-paste into Excel?

Manual paste often breaks columns, drops merged cells, or fails on paginated / DIV layouts. Capture Web Table normalizes the grid and exports clean XLSX or CSV.
